a leading manufacturer of high borosilicate glassware, is proud to showcase its advanced production processes that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency for global clients.
Yinor Glass adopts two core production processes for double-wall borosilicate glass cups, along with a specialized line for glass storage jars, covering the entire production cycle from raw material processing to finished product delivery. For double-wall glass cups, the welded mouth process ensures a seamless bond between inner and outer layers, achieved through high-temperature fusion after separate blow molding, flame cutting, and precise cleaning. The one-piece molding process, on the other hand, creates an integrated double-wall structure in a single forming step, enhancing structural integrity and production efficiency.
For glass storage jars, the production line features precise tube cutting, flame shaping, and industrial cleaning, followed by decoration, annealing, and strict inspection. All processes are supported by 98 sets of advanced equipment, including annealing furnaces and wire drawing machines, with intelligent online detection devices to identify any defects in real time, ensuring product qualification rate. The annealing process is particularly critical, as it relieves internal thermal stress, enhancing the glass’s durability and thermal shock resistance.
“Our production processes are designed to balance quality, efficiency, and customization," said a senior engineer at Yinor Glass. “From raw material selection to final packaging, every link adheres to strict standards, allowing us to deliver products that meet the diverse needs of clients in retail, e-commerce, and gift channels worldwide."
