3. Handle Attachment (Optional): Handles are flame-welded to the outer cup body for handled designs.
4. Seamless Fusion: The inner and outer cup mouths are fused at high temperature to form a unified double-wall structure.
5. Decoration: Custom decals, logos, or decorative patches are applied.
6. Annealing: The cups go through an annealing furnace to eliminate thermal stress and enhance durability.
7. 100% Quality Inspection: Every cup undergoes a full visual and functional check for leaks, cracks, and defects.
8. Sealing & Packing: The bottom hole is sealed, cups are carefully packed, and random QC sampling is conducted before warehousing and shipping.
